We use only the finest cacao beans harvested from our farm on the mountain slopes of the eastern part of the Dominican Republic. Our chocolates are handcrafted in small batches, bringing out the savor of the most exquisite premium chocolate. We cultivate and process our cacao beans the traditional way, hand picking perfectly ripened pods, fermenting, drying and grading our cacao beans to insure the finest make its way to our factory. Upon arrival, we roast, winnow and refine our cacao into premium chocolate. Afterwards we carefully handcraft our premium bars, bonbons, and truffles.

Our signature blends of chocolate represents “Dominican Republic’s Most Sought-after Chocolate”. Derived from the Island of Hispaniola, present-day Haiti and Dominican Republic, SPAGnVOLA Chocolate is hand crafted through a strict oversight and management of cultivation, harvest and post-harvest processes. The SPAGnVOLA portfolio consist of a variety of chocolate products with varying degrees of cacao content, which includes a 70%, 75%, 80% cacao content chocolate bars. In addition, SPAGnVOLA has created the first in the industry 54% cacao content milk chocolate. SPAGnVOLA also creates signature bonbons, truffles and pastries.
